PROBLEM with title deeds (Scotland)

I am about to conlude missives with the purchasers who are buying my house but a problem seems to have arisen. Apparently there is an orange shaded area on the map which is not noted in any of the details. The blue shade would indicate the communial area like the path bin shed etc I share with my neighbour and the red area would indicate what land I own. My solicitor is still waiting on the deeds being returned in order for me to identify the orange area but I can't think what it could be and I don't have any orange on my copy of the map.
Does anyone know what this could be and if it can cause any problems?
