Tap4Offers Ipad Mini

I don't know if this is the right place to post but I ordered 2 Ipad Mini's from Tap4Offers after seeing the deal on Martin's Email a few weeks ago, I have received a parcel today but it only had one Ipad in it - I have paid for 2 - I have emailed them but its two working days for a reply and no phone number.


Does anyone have any bad experience with them? or do you know if it is usual for them to send out items separately?

I also ordered an iPad mini through Tap4offers and haven't received it yet. Today is the 14 working day deadline that I was told I would have it by. Anyone else not received theirs yet?

Was it a white one? if so there is a delay on the shipping I received this email today:


Thank you very much for your recent Apple iPad Order.
We have just been notified by our supplier that there has been a short delay on the dispatch of your item.
We now expect it to be delivered to you early next week but we will be in touch in the next 24-48 hours to confirm the exact date.
We apologise unreservedly for the delay but rest assured we are doing everything we can to get it delivered as quickly as possible.
Thank you in advance for your patience and apologies for any inconvenience this delay has caused.

It was a white one and I've had the same message about delivery being next week. :-(

The same here...
I also complained that they took the money
The same day I ordered the iPad mini (13/08/2014)
The "up to 14 days" delivery slot has passed
No iPad mini yet
I told them I would be in touch with Trading Standards
All my amazon orders are charged the day they
Dispatch the good from my debit card
I don't know why Tap4orders took my money in advance!
I hope they will reply to my emails

My delivery was today for my second white Ipad, I didn't have an issue with them taking the money as I am used to this with other companies that I use online - its only usually groceries I pay for on dispatch
