Thomson holidays off line V online

I hope some one will be able to advise me.
I booked a holiday with Thomson Holidays yesterday when i was walking past their high street shop. I decided to check their online site this morning and the price of the holiday is £100 cheaper online. Can I claim this back as surely they are the same company the prices should be the same. If anyone can give any advice on the best approach to claiming this back I would really appreciate it. I know social media works for some companies but thought others may have experienced this and know how to deal with it.
Thank you in advance.

The shop might be £100 cheaper today. Prices fluctuate without price promises so no point looking.
You have no chance of getting anything back, so no point bothering to try.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0 -

No.
Different prices between different sales channels are extremely common and perfectly legal.
The store offers a service that online does not (for example, advice for those people that need it). The provision of that advice comes at a cost, which is passed onto the people that use it.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Ditto above two posts.

Best way to do it is go online, get the holiday price, print it off and go to the shop. They will always match the online price and you then have a point of contact for any queries/issues.

Prices can change within a few minutes, but unfortunately Thomsons internet price is generally between 5-10% cheaper than in the shop, unlike Thomas cook who's prices are the same in the shop, online or on the phone. You could try going into the shop and complaining but it probably won't get you anywhere.0
