Slow faster payment Halifax -> Smile

Done my usual first-of-the-month transfer of £1000 from smile to Halifax current accounts and back.
Money hasn't arrived back in my smile account yet. Are there any known issues or has anyone else had this problem today before I use a substantial portion of my work day trying to contact them?

Payments need to arrive by the end of the next working day, although most arrive within hours or even seconds. As this seems to be a payment to a payee you have paid before, there is nothing to worry about.0
