Mine's showing 2.4% for August, should be 2.5% (shows 0.25% for Sept - nothing paid in yet).

    So is mine, wonder why:(

Same issue with me, customer services say they've had a memo about this 'known internal technical fault' and it will 'sort itself out, don't worry'
I must say I do like being able to phone a UK call centre at 6 in the morning on an 0800 number

Yes, great service by phone. Just a pity folks with hearing issues, who choose instead to make contact by the secure email facility in online banking, have to wait up to 5 days for a reply.

But to be fair, I contacted them about the fact that August for me shows up as 2.4% and they replied the same day stating that they would like to "reassure me" and "confirm that you will definitely receive the advertised 2.5% for August" and that it was a "computer glitch" that they are giving high priority to that only affects online banking.

Mine is the same as posts above - 2.4% for August, 0.25% for September (nothing paid in yet during September 2014) I have this account over 5 years. Never had any problems with interest.
Also had a look on Savings Interest Rates on their website. Last time they changed rates on Regular savings was at 01.04.2009. Now the latest date is 01.08.2014. But I can't spot any changes there. I think, at least, they should send everyone a letter, informing us about any changes. Seems very strange.

The change is in the lowest tier.
It used to be 0.1% it is now 0.25%.

It was done as part of their "simplification" of the savings range. See:-

No letter required. It would be an unnecessary expense.
