Appears to be 1st of every month. Not sure what happens if the 1st is on a non-business day. Presumably it's the first business day of the month, which so far for me has always been the 1st.0

As with the other Lloyds group brands, interest is paid at the end of the first working day, so it'll be tonight this month.0

I actually gave TSB a call today as I was expecting the interest payment to go in today and confirmed from one of their advisors that the interest on Classic Plus account is usually paid on the 2nd working day of the month.£47605.33 outstanding in C.C (£8000 Interest free till January 2025)0

nterest on Classic Plus account is usually paid on the 2nd working day of the month.
Which is, of course, incorrect, as the terms and conditions state interest is paid on the first working day of each month. It's precisely what they have been doing, too, but you won't see the money crediting in your account until late in the evening.

With mine, the transaction (if that is the right word) takes place on the day after the first working day of the month at approx 12:30-1:30 am but is dated for the first working day. Please note that the day after the first working day does not itself have to be a working day. This has been true for Lloyds, TSB & BoS interest, also Halifax fivers in my case.0

I can only relay what I was told. The TSB advisor also told me that the info she gave me was also on my Internet banking page which I had never seen nor noticed.£47605.33 outstanding in C.C (£8000 Interest free till January 2025)0
