By entering the free prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) you agree to these terms and conditions.

• The Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK only (excludes Northern Ireland), aged 18 or over, except for employees of the Arcadia Group and BHS Limited, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this Prize Draw. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain consent from your parent/guardian to enter the Prize Draw. By entering into the Prize Draw you confirm that you have this consent.

• To enter you must sign up to the Miss Selfridge email newsletter either online at missselfridge.com/latecomp or in a participating store. Prize Draw opens at 00:01 on Friday 29th August 2014 and closes at 23:59 on Wednesday 10th September 2014. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Late, incomplete, illegible or defaced entries will not be accepted.

• Only one entry per person. Any person found to be sending multiple entries will be ineligible. Miss Selfridge does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry.

• By entering this Prize Draw, you agree that your details, including but not limited to your email address, may be used to keep you informed about Miss Selfridge promotions, products and news. Miss Selfridge complies with the standard procedures laid down in the UK Data Protection Act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes unless you have given us permission to do so. • The winner of the Prize Draw will be the first entry drawn at random on Thursday 11th September 2014. The winner will be notified by email by no later than Wednesday 17th September 2014. Miss Selfridge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. There shall be one winner.

• There is one prize (the “Prize”) to be won. The Prize shall consist of a beauty treatment for each winner (4 winners) at a local beauty salon of the winners choice and a dress per winner from the Miss Selfridge late night edit collection. The prize also includes travel to the local nightclub venue and entrance per winner to the local nightclub venue of the winners choice. Total value of all prizes (beauty treatment, outfit, travel and club entrance) cannot exceed £100 per winner (£400 total). The Prize does NOT include meals, drinks, spending money or any other additional expenses/charges.

• The winner and their travel companion(s) may be required to provide appropriate government issued photo identification (such as a valid passport) at time of travel, and are solely responsible for determining and obtaining all necessary travel documents and complying with all other travel requirements.

• The winner must bring other payment means for settlement of incidentals not included in the Prize and the winner shall be responsible for all expenses not specified in the Prize description above.

• If the Prize is not claimed within 2 day of the winner being notified, Miss Selfridge reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner.

• Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-negotiable. There is no cash alternative. Miss Selfridge reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part thereof) for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.

• By entering the Prize Draw the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Miss Selfridge may require.

• Winner’s details will be available for 28 DAYS after the Closing Date by sending a SAE to Marketing Department, Miss Selfridge to the address below.

• Miss Selfridge reserves the right to (i) cancel this Prize Draw, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual’s entry and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavors to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants). These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
