Just suck it up and go get some professional treatment before you go to Atos so at least it looks like you're trying to get yourself sorted. Otherwise what is the alternative, ESA for life?
Whenever I have to go and do something that I know I will absolutely hate and is really difficult for me because of my condition, I usually go tell myself that "it ain't going to kill me" and just suck it up and get it done.
