Neighbours extension roof is leaking into mine

Hi everyone, firstly thank you for taking the time to read this as I'm pretty sure after this weekend I'm going to be grey.
I own and rent out a mid terraced house. At the rear of the property prior to my purchase the house had a small extension added and used as the kitchen. The terrace next door had the same and so their roof joins onto mine. My terrace has always been maintained. Two weeks ago my tenants phoned and advised that they had water coming in from the top Right corner... The side that joins to next doors. I got a roofer in and they repaired the roof but the leak continued. After a week of having him back and forward, my bathroom floor pulled up to check that and been told that the cavities on my side are dry. I decided to get a different roofer out for a second opinion.
This is a roofer I've known for meant years but is that good it's hard to get hold of him, so I trust him. He advised that my roof did need repairs and instead of doing a half hearted job I've had my roof lifted and relayed. New slates. Re felted, new lead flashing and down pipes, but the roof is still leaking. The roofer has gone back and all of my roof is dry. He's spoken to next door who rent and they have told the roofer that all of their kitchen roof is bowed and they have been telling their landlord (family member). The roofer has looked at next doors and he's advised me that all of their guttering is full of muck and needs cleaning, the gutters are handing off so the rain water is just pouring down the side of the house and straight onto the roof, into the cavity wall that joins the two houses and it's filling up and overflowing into my kitchen.
I've gone round with my dad for the second time in two weeks and asked them about the repairs and asked for the landlords details only to be greeted by an angry volatile man who wanted to fight my dad..... Seriously he offered him a fight in the back garden!
Anyways he eventually informed me that he had spoken to the landlord and he would have someone out today... He hasn't and the roof his still leaking. I've spoken to my landlords insurance and they will pay for any damage caused to my house but will only do so once the damage to next doors roof has been repaired, they won't do anything about the leak as it's nothing to do with the house they insure.
To top it off my tenants have just phoned and said. I know this isn't your fault but we can't continue to live here whilst they aren't repairing the roof, here's your months notice. I've managed to get the home owners details by the land registry but I'm guessing its a solicitors job?! My roofer is willing to write a letter to state what work I've had done and the issues next door. Help

I wonder if your insurance company would be able to resolve this?0

You don't need to pay a solicitor to write and send a Letter before Action. No free lunch, and no free laptop0
