More than one santander 123 account?

Anyone know if you can actually have more than one of these?
We currently have a joint account with £20K in it paying 3% which is good. I am a non-tax payer so my portion of the interest is paid gross.
So can I set up another one in my own name and have £20K in it as well and get 3%? I can satisfy the requirements by changing a couple of my direct debits and the income requirement by setting up a transfer from an account I have with another bank.
I could do the same thing in my wife's name?
Is there anything to stop us doing this?
Thanks
