EDF - Beware!!!!!

I have just had the worst month of my life with EDF energy!!! Sorry to bore you all but let me explain. Due to some minor financial difficulties I have not always been able to pay on time or in full - but am now back on my feet!
Received a phone call from a month a go by Ann.... Hello did you know you eleccy is overdue... Me Yes but I have just bought the Gas upto date this being nearly £800. Ann... Yes I though that was strange could you give me a ring back tomorrow with your meter reading and let me know where the eleccy meter is.... Me.... No probs....
What then occurred the following day is Ann threatening me... telling me I am an appalling customer I need to pay my eleccy bill now... I give meter reading they had in fact over estimated me... Surprise... Me.... Tells her to calm down can I speak to her manager... Ann... Puts phone down!!! NICE!!!!
Get new bill on 20th June for £800.00 with £200.00 credit... I ignore said bill for 2 weeks (i am waiting to get paid).... Now within the 14 day notice on the bill EDF apply for court warrant... I have 2 days to pay bill, although I never receive confirmation from the court!!!!!
The warrant is going to be served on Monday 16th - I pay £600.00 on Friday in Cash in P/O to stop warrant... Monday arrives a locksmith, electrician and warrant officer arrive to CUT ME OFF!!! I am usually at work but my car caught fire on sunday so was sorting out the insurance etc... After I prove I have paid and scream at someone at EDF they go away.. EDF say they were wrong... Have I had an apology!!! NO! Will I be writing to the CEO ..... YES!!!!
I have now moved suppliers to Powergen.... Do yourself a favour and move to... If I hadn't been at home with my car - I would have come home to find my house BROKEN into and no electricity supply!!!! What a bunch of !!!!!!!s!!!
