New York Trip - Free Prize Draw

1. Entry to this draw is free. Simply visit www.intheirshoes.co.uk and follow the step by step instructions to enter the draw.
2. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of First Drinks Brands Ltd. & their immediate families, their agencies, or anyone else professionally involved in this promotion.
3. All entries must be received by the closing date of 01.09.07.
4. First Drinks Brands Ltd. will not be responsible for any entries delayed or lost.
5. No trade, bulk or third party entries will be accepted.
6. The draw will be held on or about 07.09.07 and will be conducted by an independent judge whose decision is final.
7. Prize winners will be independently drawn at random from all entries received who have who have matched correctly with one or more of their friends on or before the closing date. The judges’ decision is final, no correspondence will be entered in to.
8. There is one main prize to be won: 1 x trip to New York for 4 adults including flights and accommodation (bed and breakfast basis) in a 3* hotel, for 3 nights. New York trip must be taken between September 07 and April 08, excluding Christmas, New Year and Easter periods.1 x Manhattan Helicopter Flight will also be included. Plus 1 x pair of shoes for 4 people per month for 12 months. Shoes will be given in the form of 1 x £50 voucher for a major High Street shoe retailer or a voucher of similar value at https://www.shoes.co.uk, except the first month which will be given in the form of a so you can pick up yours first pair in New York.
9. There is no cash alternative.
10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
11. Winners will be notified by 14.09.07. A list of winners (name and county), may be obtained by sending a SAE to: Taboo New York Winners List, 1 High Street Hampton, Middlesex TW12 2GH.
