dla appeal

ive just got my award from dla,same as last time,lower rate care,id ask them to look at increasing it to middle rate,due to a deteriation in problems,but theyh seem to have ignored me ,i think,should i ring them or put in a appeal?

Was this a renewal or did you just ask them to look at your existing award again with a view to trying to get a higher rate?
Did you get letter from them telling you what evidence they considered before deciding on your award?The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -
hi,its was a renewal but i rang them and asked for it to be looked at the next rate0

Ask DLA Unit for an appeal form - when you return it, the claim will be looked at again by another Decision Maker anyway, before they send it to appeal.
Ask the CAB to refer you to a welfare rights worker, who will help you.
