Is there any way I can get a new IP address, I need to change my comp ID to prevent this damn Micro bill pop up from my computer.

Hi there,

Once of our remote users reported yesterday that they had this pop up appearing on their PC.

A search on the internet revealed that its a well known issue, changing the IP address wont work but if you take a look at the below link there are some solutions to your problem:-

Look out for a post from a user called fhiufhyrefye part way down the first page.
