I make tortilla pizzas for my kids with leftover tortilla breads. Spread them with tomato puree (or a thick tomato or BBQ sauce), and sprinkle with cheese. Bake or grill until the cheese is melted and bubbling. You can add other toppings too, but they are flimsy and don't hold much weight.

Potatoes should keep for a good while if kept cold and dark, and away from onions (they cause them to sprout quicker).
I never knew that!

I didn't until I read it a little while ago, I was storing mine in the same basket and kept thinking that my spuds were sprouting quickly but thought it was perhaps the warm weather. Might well be an old wives tale but since separating mine both my onions and spuds seem to be lasting longer - I guess perhaps the onions have the same effect as bananas releasing ethylene?Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

if you still have the Lorne sausages you could use them for Stovies with potatoes and onions
I usually tailor the quantities depending on how many sausages I have.
Peel and slice the onions.
Peel and slice potatoes.
I melt some butter (or dripping) in a pot then layer the onions, potatoes then sausage slices.
Just as many layers as you have enough sausages for although you can have extra potatoes and onions if that makes sense.
I then season before adding just enough water (or stock flavoured with an oxo cube) to cover everything and leave to simmer away for about an hour.
There are dozens of ways of making stovies so you can find many more versions online.
