Best way to connect a Tivo to 2 tvs?

I haven't got a tivo myself but a relative wants to be able to connect his to his tv in the lounge as well as in the kitchen so that he can watch the same programme in both rooms at the same time. Ive seen hdmi switching boxes but won't these just alternate which tv you can watch with the tivo rather than show the programmes on both at the same time?

Has it only got one output?

They will want a HDMI output splitter, for example (not a recommendation, not tried it myself) this one on amazon. I really wouldn't like to say how well this will work though.

I need to go and have a look at the Tivo because I don't know what outputs it has. Thanks for the link RobertoMoi. There is a similar one to that in Maplins for £39.99. The Amazon one is cheaper and may be a better bet. Unless the Maplin one is superior quality? Not sure how you'd know without trying it though.
