Thanks for the info! Do you create your book before you can select the lie flat option, cover etc?

Yeah, you can keep popping back to it and saving/leaving it for a day or two and then go back again etc.

I start off with such enthusiasm, then the last pages I'm just putting photos in with not much thought, so I do it over a few days.

I really enjoy it, like I said I took photos of wrapping paper and stuff to use as a background for the photos to lie on, my friend read a poem out and we typed this into the book too, I think it means so much more when you can personalise it to how you like.

I do photobooks for our holidays etc too so I'm used to doing them all the time, i really love it.
Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....

We used Bob books too, so easy to use and great value IMO.

I used blurb for my honeymoon photos and it's great.

Our actual wedding album was sorted through the photographer...printed in Italy, leather/aluminium binding...in its own brief case. It's lovely, but wasn't MSE!
  • I used photobox with a 50% off code, paid £70 for 140 pages, the square premium one with the padded photo cover and itis amazing, comes in a box too... everyone is shocked at the quality

  • Anyone know of a site that lets you customise the background. I'd like to use some of the messages in our cards as a background and then have some photos overlaying it. Haven't spotted anywhere yet, but might be missing it somewhere.

That's what I did with my Vistaprint one. I took photos of my cards, the wrapping paper etc and used this as page back ground.
