So i have the final draft ready, thanks to you guys. Just a few questions before i hopefully post today.
2) Inadequate and Lack of IAS Compliant Signage (see file attachments Signage 1 & 2, Rejection Letter 1 & 2 and Evidence 1 & 2)
5) Business Rates and VAT applicable if the Charges are Contractual Agreements for the Provision of a Service (see attached VAT copies 1 & 2)
I'm not too sure what the items in bold above are referring to?
Just call the attachments whatever you want to number them (as long as the attachments are annotated with a number to match your appeal wording) and get rid of the bit in bold if it's superfluous to your attachments.4consumerrights wrote: »However that will not all fit in the appeal site on the IAS website which has a limited character count nor will you be able to copy and paste.
What I suggest you do is a brief synopsis on the site for each point and submit the rest of the appeal as a PDF attachment. PLEASE note do not submit the appeal until you have uploaded all the attachments and evidence together as otherwise it will NOT be considered.
I am now worried you may be out of time. You only had 21 days from the date of the rejection letter in August! Get it submitted as a pdf as part of your evidence - explained by 4CR above as that won't fit in the appeals box. DO NOT POST IT. YOU HAVE NO TIME.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Let's hope the forum magic works again. However do remember if you lose, it is not binding on you. You could just face the barrage of debt collectors letters! And you probably realise by now what we think of those.Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. We have received the outcome of your appeal and the IAS can inform you that your appeal has been successful. This means that Parking Control Management (UK) Ltd has cancelled the ticket with the details below.

Thank you all so much for your great work, you guys truly are great people!0 -
Well done. There is a new IAS decisions thread linked to in Crabman's sticky. Can you post on there, with a link to this thread, PPC name etc as the other posts. It's a small thread compared to the POPLA one, but it will grow.

All I'm worried about is that they will tighten up on their procedures for the issuing of NTKs. However, I am sure that we have them by the short and curlies with regards to contract law and the fact that you can no longer enforce an "implied contract".0
