Questions re:online claim

Good morning all,
I am in the process of claiming back bank charges on two Nationwide accounts...

AC1 (Single account) = £2500 (with interest)
AC2 (jOINT ACCOUNT) = £7100 (with interest)

I have sent all template letters and have received bog standard replies. I am now at the next stage of making an online claim for each of these accounts..

I have filed an online claim for AC1 on Saturday and it is at a status of issued (I think I understand the timeline for this claim from reading through this message board), I do have some stupid questions that I am hoping someone may be able to answer?
1. I did not include a list of charges when submitting my claim (I have obviously included this in the previous correspondence to the Nationwide). I presume that I will only have to provide this when instructed by the court/nationwide? Is this correct

2. When making my claim on line, i removed charges from the total that had past the six year limit (that were included in earlier correspondence), I also included charges in the total that I have received since earlier correspondence. This means the total i claimed for is alittle different to the total included in my original correspondence. Does this matter?

3. I did not recalculate the interest on bank charges (I used the interest figures used in original correspondence - ie from a couple of months ago). Does this matter - I don't think my claim would be thrown out for claim to little interest?

With rgds to the joint AC2 -
Do I have to make the claim in joint names or can it be in one persons name?

I am thinking about lowering the claim so it falls under the £5k mark so it can be taken to the small claim court. Does it matter if I make a smaller claim than what was specified in my earlier correspondence?

I would be very grateful on any advice on any of the above questions...I am worried that after getting this far, I would then go and do something wrong which would screw up my chances of getting this money back!!!
