ABBEY - Having a laugh

Hi All

I just got a statement from Abbey which has £80 worth of charges for going £21 overdrawn for 1 day !!!! My wages hadnt gone in when I thought they were due. Is it worth going in to my branch and seeing if I can get it back or should I go through claiming it back

If you wages were supposed to go in that day and were late your employer should pay your charges back as they are at fault. You could even go into your bank and ask nicely to speak to the manager and explain what went wrong he might help

And while you're in the bank, ask for a proper overdraft as a safety cushion.

Went in to Abbey told them the details and they said fine no problem - the charges wont come out - YIPPEE
