Claiming a refund

Back in June I bought a ticket for a festival using my debit card. The festival has subsequently been cancelled and the festival organizers have gone into bankruptcy.
The ticketing agency sent out emails saying that they are in the process of refunding all customers but since early August they have stopped communicating and their website has gone offline.
Have I lost my money or is there a way I can get something back? What can I do?
Thanks in advance

Is there an address you can write to (recorded delivery and keep a copy)
Is there a telephone number
You may be able to get a 'chargeback' with your bank...make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
Further to mckneffs post above, dont delay in contacting your bank about a chargeback. Theres a time limit of 120 days for most claims so you likely only have about a month left (depending on when in june you purchased it of course). You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0

Exactly. A cynic would say the other party are stringing this out to time-out any claims.0
