Well done. I would hazard a guess that as PE do cancel with receipts for genuine customers, point 2 did it. But who knows?

Well done Leisureless - super letter and a great result.

Out of interest, PE has also just cancelled the Leisureworld PCN I had been dealing with; their confirmation e-mail came quite out of the blue, arriving less than a week after I had received their standard template rejection letter to my initial appeal.

In my case, I sent no evidence to prove that the driver had been a Leisureworld customer; however, I did send them a strong e-mail of complaint threatening to report them to Southampton Trading Standards for making false representations regarding keeper liability on non-relevant land.

PE seem to have been uncharacteristically charitable with their notices of cancellation and I wonder if, perhaps they really do have concerns about the Harbour byelaws issue.:)
