3 Availability and Duration
The prize draw is only available online at the following addresses: www.facebook.com/klmuk. If necessary, the organiser reserves the right to defer, alter, cancel or renew the prize draw. The organiser is not liable in any of these cases. The prize draw begins on 18 August 2014. Final entry is at 11:59pm on 31st August 2014.

7 Prize
One winner will be selected. The prize includes: Two return tickets to Amsterdam in Economy Class with KLM from one of our UK departure airports (Aberdeen, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Durham Tees Valley, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Humberside, Leeds Bradford, London Heathrow, Manchester, Newcastle, Norwich), and hotel stay in either Rotterdam or Utrecht.

Prize winner flight ticket conditions:

The tickets are non-changeable and valid on KLM operated flights only. Tickets are Non-transferable. KLM will pay for the airport taxes.
The winner and companion must travel on the same dates/routing for the whole journey.
The prize cannot be transferred to another person.
Travel dates are subject to availability of prize winner booking class.
When dates of travel have been confirmed by the winner and hence a booking made by/on behalf of the NBTC, then these dates, names, or the prize cannot be altered in anyway. If the winner chooses not to travel on the dates he/she confirmed, then the prize will become void.
Outbound travel is from 29 September 2014. Travel must be completed by 31 March 2015. Travel is not permitted between the 15 December 2014 and the 15 January 2015. Tickets should be claimed at least 28 days before travel, and winner should book as early as possible, for more chance of availability of applicable travel class on requested flights. Travel is subject to date restrictions, availability and restricted space. Limited availability during public holiday and festive periods.

Prize winner hotel conditions:

Offer includes two nights stay in a five-star hotel in either Rotterdam or Utrecht. Offer includes accommodation only and excludes breakfast. Ground transportation, food and incidentals are the responsibility of the guests. The prize cannot be transferred to another person. Hotel stay dates for two nights are valid between 29 September 2014 and 31 March 2015 subject to availability and travel date restrictions. Hotel stay must consist of two consecutive nights. The winner may be required to pay city tax at their hotel in Holland on arrival/before departure.

8 Claiming Prize
An email containing a prize letter will be sent to confirm the prize. A prize may not be exchanged for any other prizes or services for equal or lesser value or for cash. The prize is non-transferable. No Frequent flyer Miles will be credited for the prize flights. Please note the following relating to the prize tickets:

(i) Each pair of tickets must be used together
(ii) Winners are responsible for their own travel to and from the airport.
(iii) Winners must reside in the UK and depart from one of KLM’s UK departure airports. KLM reserves the right to request written proof of residency and the age of any winner before the prize is dispatched.

KLM/NBTC reserves the right, due to acts of nature or reasons beyond their control, to change the type of prize in the course of the prize draw or to replace the prize with a different prize of equal value. Under no circumstances shall this alternative lead to replacement or refund.
