good condition bonus

Hi all my lease is coming to an end on my mobility car. ive had a letter saying that if the car is returned in a good condition i will get a bonus. Does anyone know how fussy they are in giving this bonus.

when I took my car back I got the bonus within a month, it just came in the post0

When we sent back our car last year,it had quite a few scuff marks on the inside. We did our best to clean the inside and took it to the car wash.
I thought that we wouldn't get the bonus and wasn't really expecting it,but we did,within a few weeks.
I think that motability expect some wear and tear as long as it's not excessive.
The money came in handy for an advanced payment on the next car.

Ours too went back last year with rear corner shunts (poor parking - do not rely on your sensors) which had creased the bumper (or whatever they call them now).
The Motability salesman, who had a tick box and comment sheet to fill in, said "are these the result of wheelchair scuffs"?
We got the check within 2 weeks.0 -
i ad a broken wing mirror,,told them tis,,still got bonus,,we even ad a repair done by insurance,,,as long as its not too bad ,,will get bonus0

over the last 18months of having the car we had repairs on her due to no fault of my own (someone crashed into my car while it was parked)
other then that the car was in good condition0 -
YES GOT THE BONUS money came today very quick. Off to the bank to pay it in.0
