Money stuck in savings accounts (TSB)

Hi,
Hoping this is in the right part of the forum!
Basically I've recently switched to Halifax from TSB, and I have three saving accounts, and until recently also a current account.
As part of the switching service, my bank account has been closed at TSB but I still have three saving accounts with money in. I have no way of transferring it anywhere now though as obviously you'd do this by transferring money from savings, into current account and then do whatever you want with it.
How do I withdraw savings now? Is it a case of going into a TSB branch with ID etc?
Thank you!

Just open another TSB current account. The TSB Plus is a fantastic account for savers as it pays top notch interest, and you can have 2 of them in your own name.0

Probably not, you should be able to get a cheque on the phone or in branch. Though why would you want to pass on the best interest rate in the market if you have some spare cash?0

..........or open a basic free current account with TSB and use faster payments to send the money elsewhere.0

Can't you do it online? I opened two Classic Plus accounts recently and was able to transfer money straight from my RBS savings account direct to my Classic Plus - no need for me to go via another current account.0

That's because Classic Plus is a current account! OP's issue is that they no longer have a current account at TSB and only has savings accounts, which are unlikely to be accessible online.0 -

What Gram Parsons said is that they could make a faster payment from their RBS savings account to their TSB Plus accounts. RBS/Natwest/Ulster do offer this functionality but this doesn't mean TSB or anyone else will have it, too.0 -

If you don't want to open up an additional account then just pop in TSB branch with ID and you should be able to withdraw the funds.
TSB Easy Saver account also has an optional cashcard. So if you have an Easy Saver account without a card. You can ask TSB to issue you with an ATM card.
