This is my first thread and as you can maybe guess by my username I work in the energy industry. My area of expertise is billing/SAP/IS-U. Most of the big six use these are their main billing systems.
I hope l can provide advice about any account/billing issues you may have with your energy supplier.
Being on the receiving end of complaints and account/billing related issues every day, I recognise many problems people here on moneysavingexpert have been having. I will start trawling threads and providing help/answers where I can.
