Hi my daughter and her friends visited a Pizza hut on a retail park in August, they have all received a £60 (£100 if not paid within 14 days of issue)parking charge notice because they exceeded the 3 hour free parking.
Do they have to pay these charges?
Any advice would be great.
TIA
she was parked for 3 hrs and 23 minutes.
