Hoping somebody can help

Hey

I am hoping somebody can help

I am wondering if there's anywhere I can obtain copies of an old Thomson Holidays brouchure for a legal matter

It's the Thomas Faraway Shores Winter 2013/2014 brochure.

On the El Dorado Seaside Suites page, it said "First stop transfer" which Thomson claim is a lie, but if I can prove it, they will provide a response.

It must exist somewhere

Regards
Indie

Have you asked in a travel agency?

What are you looking to achieve from your complaint? A delay in transfer is not going to be worth much more than a sorry.

You've only given it FOUR hours.
The internet is a wonderful thing and MSE forumers are helpful people.
But at least give them time to get home from work, have a bit of dinner, deal with the kids and then settle down to log on.
    You gotta be patient bro.

Unfortunately not, this seems to be the one after the one I am looking for, as this seems to run from November 2013, and we travelled in October 2013.

It isn't just a case of a "delayed" transfer, more a case of us being sold this, on the case of a "first stop transfer" and then to end up with a last stop transfer. Thomson have denied this, and said if I can find proof, they'll act accordingly.

  • Also, I can't stress that after a ten and a half hour flight, a three hour wait in immigration, you don't then want to be sat on a bus for a further three hours!!

Is it really worth your stressing out over it all.

My sister in law just contracted pneumonia and died within hours, sixty years of age, just left work to look after her husband who has just been diagnosed with terminal cancer.

Get on with your life, all youre doing is stressing yourself, and those around you. Move on and enjoy what is left of your life, there may be not as much left of it as you think.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.

absolutely spot on, puts this in perspective...
can also relate to it, having M.I.L & F.I.L. die within 29 days of each other early this year.
Corduroy pillows are making headlines! Back home in London now after 27years wait! Duvet know it's Christmas, not original, it's a cover.
  • My friend, with the greatest respect, and while I am sorry for your loss. We could all take this approach with many threads on this site. "Why are you worrying about debt, you could be dead tomorrow"...While you do have a point, I do have my reasons for pursuing this, me and my wife got one honeymoon, which I had to bust my balls to pay for, and I am not going to have an agent ruin it and then try and imply we are liars!

If anybody can help, I would greatly appreciate it
