I have also been chasing up the ICO with regards to the outstanding FOI with regards to the two letters, but they seem to have me on ignore and are not evening acknowledging me, never mind responding.

Your wife has failed to mention that she was a passenger in the car at the time! This is essential to her claim!

I think there's a typo here:
A. To have on common policy for disabled patients and visitors regardless of whether they park in a disabled bay or not, as not to breach the Equality Act

one common policy?

Request 1 ... there are two item G

Request 2 ... distress is mentioned twice

Request 3 ... due to the Trust's...

That's what I've seen from a quick scan.

I'm not 100% certain on this but is the use of 'illegal' correct in this context? I wonder whether 'unlawful' is more appropriate?

Perhaps a keen legal mind would comment?

I would concur with that ... the Trust/APCOA are breaching contract law which is civil, so unlawful. Criminal acts are illegal.

Thanks &.

There have been too many emails and my computer crashed in September last year, so I only have the ones from them onwards. I still have copies of them and will use them should I need to take this to court.

Thanks for your other input. Really helpful.
