Income support - sanctions?

My SIL is a lone parent receiving I/S, CTC/HB. She has just missed her third WFI - the first two were not her fault, but the third was. She didn't receive a letter for the first appointment, so another appointment was given. Her daughter was sick on that day (woke up vomiting and too late to get a babysitter) and she had to call to reschedule. Her third appointment was yesterday and she simply forgot about it until this morning. So she accepts that she will now be sanctioned - they pretty much said this when she had to reschedule the second appointment. However we have searched but can't find anything relating to IS sanctions, only JSA - assuming there is a difference.
Her IS is already reduced by £24 p.w. as she has savings. Does anyone know if there is a maximum amount that they can take from her IS? Also are CTC and HB affected?
She returns to work in November so will manage until then, but would just like an idea of what to expect.

This seems to cover it:

Her HB and Ct reduction should not be affected if she receives any amount of IS.0 -
Thank you, that's really helpful. She has a job to return to, so WFI seem pretty pointless in her case but she accepts that those are the rules.0
