Essentially, you bought a car on a BIN. You would have based that decision on the information in the listing and any additional questions raised before the listing ended.
You hit the BIN button and then started a protracted exchange with the seller... no wonder he wishes to withdraw from the sale.
Not quite... I was unable to complete the transaction thru e-bay, as the seller had some mechanism in place whereby you needed to contact him for an invoice. I received the invoice. Before having a a chance to pay the invoice the seller has tried to back out.
It seems more likely that the seller has sold the vehicle outside of e-bay, rather than wishing to withdraw from the sale for any other reason.0 -
