Relocation Agents - What do they do?

Anyone used a relocation agent for renting property before?
I'm thinking of using one as I'm moving out from parents house and don't know what to do and don't really have the time and as I'm successful in running in my businesses and want others to help and make it as easy as possible.
Will they view the properties for me, take pics and email me them for my decision, negotiate with landlord, dealing everything on my behalf so that I spend as little time as possible? Help a totally newbie do the council tax and utility stuff?
I've been told they're expensive but at what cost on average? £500? £1,000? £1,500+?
Thanks In Advance!
