Almost in the bank

After starting court proceedings I have now received a letter from Lloyds Bank's Solicitors saying that the money being claimed £800 will be in my bank within 7 days. The Solicitors require me to cancel the court proceedings and sent them a copy of the letter confirming this. Can any one tell me should I do this before the money is in my bank? Please HELP

Let Lloyds know that you are waiting for the refund to be in your account before notifying the Court. I have done this and it has been ok with Lloyds, there have been cases where the money dosent turn up and if you have cancelled the hearing it gets complicated.0
