Has anyone else had any delay receiving their Love Me Beauty box this month? I got a dispatch email on the 6th, but still not arrived
(not that there was anything particularly exciting in it this time.. )
I had mine arrive this morning, it did take a while but not as long as yours seems to.0 -
what did you all get in your Feb boxes? Many thanks to all who contribute on MSE0

Hi can I join? I'm new to this I placed my first subscribtion to glossy box a few days ago, I've never heard of them before but I thought it'd be a lovely little gift to me every month as after having my two children I don't really treat myself anymore they come first. I'm so excited and looking forward to receiving my first box.
Hi doodygirl!! Glossybox has some nice make up items in their boxes! And they are usually full size items!
This is what I ordered for my LMB box:
so susan mascara
monu micro exfoliant
organic surge face mask
sport daily tan
mojito lip balm
I found the bourjois red lipstick palette LMB has for 50p reduced in a discount shop today!!
Did anyone figure out what different products the two different size birchboxes had? I could only see reviews of bloggers that received the slim box.0 -
There is a new glossybox limited edition for mother's day coming soon. You can register your interest and the box will be available on the 23rd of February:

Has anyone every had an issue with Glossybox?
I received my box and it included the Tinties lipgloss, but the cap wasn't screwed on and there's a big dig in the surface of the gloss. Looks like someone may have had a go at testing it.
Also, there was a smear of lipstick on the lip/cheek duo. The smear was on the actual product, which was inside a box of it's own, so clearly someone's taken it out. Maybe with a dirty hand?
This is only my second box, so hoping it's not a sign of things to come.0 -
Spendy I didn't have any problems with glossybox when I was buying these boxes... Maybe you could take some pictures of the products as evidence and email them...0

I've only used glossybox once, about a year ago. Didn't repeat as poor costumer service and annoyed that not everyone got the same products / value. (I had 3ml of lipbalm, others had a regular size bronzer!)
They have a facebook page and I know people often comment about items leaking / damage, glossybox do send out replacements so it might be worth messaging them.
They only ones I get are You beauty discovery and My little box. Really tempted by pink box though!0 -
I also found Glossybox's customer service to be crap. I had missing items and waited weeks for them, plus I didn't find that they matched my questionnaire with products, I kept getting scrubs and things that made my sensitive roasacea skin hurt, and their customer service said that they don't always match products to people. Birchbox on the other hand were so obliging, giving me £5 worth of points if an item was missing or mismatched. Many thanks to all who contribute on MSE0

Pink Parcel? That's been my least favourite beauty box so far. Only one of the products I received was a keeper, and the packaging was cheap and bashed up by the time it got to me as the products didn't fit inside properly. It was also quite late (!).0 -
Well, their customer service hasn't been too bad, but I've had some could issues.
... and considering I've only had three boxes so far, and have so much lip gloss and lip balm, not sure I'll ever need anymore lol.
Think I may give another beauty box a go... Birchbox seems like the obvious choice, but not sure if you're tied in. Quite like the idea of paying monthly.
Any suggestions?0
