Agh this is just my luck, I only joined YBD last week. I did just tell my Sis to sign up for the free box so at least one of us will have benefit.

I STILL can't log into YBD, please someone else tell me they are having problems & it's not just me. I don't know what else to try, I have called, emailed & tried resetting password numerous times but I simply can't log in ...... will they take £6.95 september payment if I don't choose the items?

I think the money will still be debited it's usually automatic at the beginning of the month whether you chose or not.

When ever I've tried to call them its always been during non peak times like at about 3/4pm and I've got through no problem.

I know you'll get charged twice but if your desperate to chose stuff before it sells out just make another account and make your choices. Once you get through to CS and explain they will refund you for the box you haven't been able to chose this month.

Just had an e-mail to say 'my little box' a french beauty box has now launched for the UK. I've just subscribed so should be interesting to see what its like!

To pick your brains as you all know the subscription box scene, would you rather a box is presented in a fancy box all printed up like GB/BB or would you rather have a better quality of product?

We have a sub box hoping to launch in Oct ( not beauty) and wondered what people thought?
Apologies if not appropriate just really curious as i only have the boxes like BB/GB/YBD !

Better quality of product would be my preference. When I first started getting beauty boxes, I used to keep them all (mainly the GB's) because they were pretty and I was sure I'd use them for storage....but there's only so many you can use really, and now I just throw them out if my Mam doesn't want them either.

I agree with Georgiegirl, better quality items as although I LOVE storage boxes there are only so many u can have. Always a good Idea to have the boxes recyclable like souksouk, Lovelula and LMB have.

What kinda sub box is it? X

I just signed up yesterday for a box then got an email today about the launch...I must of signed up for mailing list a while back and forgot about it. Looking forward to it as it's not all beauty related. Be good to get something different for a change. X
