No dispatch email or tracking number. I've reached out twice to Birchbox via social media but no response.

Thanks for the heads up. I've tried signing up and using the code but it doesn't deduct anything from the total?

They normally announce it around the 30th each month and then you choose what you want on the 1st of the month at 7am.

It won't deduct anything as you pay for your box and get a second past box free

I suggest you to double check in your account that you have an active subscription and send them an email or use their contact form (I can't remember which of the options they offer), quoting the order number. I don't think that a lot of companies reply directly to messages in social media.

I only did it monthly and the code went through fine.

I haven't received my box/boxes yet though, so we'll see if 2 turn up

Got my first Love Me Beauty box today, and it's pretty much as I thought it would be - not bad for £5 or so, but glad I didn't pay full price. Checked the batch number of the Garnier make up and it appears to have been manufactured in January 2011, so not the freshest. Hope that coupled with the recent system change and lack of stock turnover doesn't indicate LMB are in trouble.

I think that a lot of the full size products are discontinued products or old batches. How else can they get them discounted and include them in the boxes? I have received a few items that I couldn't find anywhere online. Not only from LMB. The Dr Jart toner in birchbox (full size) was also manufactured in 2011.
