I honestly feel I have to do something tonight - my anxiety is unbearable. Snail mail and just waiting for the council to start the investigation will be an agonising wait0

my parents watch tv with wireless headphones. Not sure why they got them but i tried them and they are great and much better for getting absorbed in a program or film and you can have the volume really load and nobody would know. You can keep them on if you go into the kitchen to make a brew so you miss nothing. Not sure how much they cost but could you encourage them to get these? I'd say buy them a pair but you'd be loath to do that I can guess....but it may solve matters.0
