Replaced Mixer Taps - No Shower

Hi all,

I have just replaced my mixer taps for new ones, as the cold tap had a slight leak around the tap and they had seen better days.

However now I can't seem to get any water flowing through the shower head, but the taps are fine.

I can't seem to think what it would be as I already had mixers installed and surely a like for like would be good enough?

If you have any ideas it would be appreciated.

Do you have tanks in the loft or an unvented cylinder/combi

It's a combi boiler down in the kitchen. It seemed to work fine with my old mixer taps

I seemed to have 'fixed' the problem.

Firstly I removed the shower head, put both taps on and then water flowed through the hose. I then put the head back on the hose and have a good flow of water through the shower head.

Something very simple but I am very happy.
