Thank you - It was the solicitor that agreed a potential date, however it was more frustration of not being able to get through to anyone that could tell me anything

Little Update - After spending in total 4 hours trying to get though to someone other than an automated message - I finally gave in and logged a complaint.


Apparently they are aware of the issues surrounding staffing levels & influx of applications - So I now have a complaints handler on hand to help and my case has now been assigned to someone to process Monday Morning and he will call me with an update - Also received quite a generous amount of compensation for the issues & phone calls (which I was certainly was not looking for, however would be rude not to accept!)


Fingers crossed the next stage goes well....Ill now move over to awaiting mortgage offer thread!
