The closing date for entry to the competition is 31 October 2014. Winners will be picked at random from all correct entries after the closing date.
Entrants must be over the age of 21 and resident in the UK.
Holiday prize is for 9 days based on 2 adults sharing on the Insight Vacations “Best of California” tour.
Prize includes return flights. Departure dates are subject to availability. Holiday must be taken on a mutually agreed travel date before 31st October 2015 and cannot be taken in high season or during bank holidays and blackout dates.
Holiday must be booked and confirmed with Insight Vacations before November 27th 2014. Winner and guest must hold valid travel insurance for the holiday duration.
Failure to attend for any reason whatsoever on the travel dates agreed and booked dates does not entitle the winner to an alternative prize and the prize will be deemed forfeited.
The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if a prize element becomes unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Holiday is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Holiday must be booked directly with Insight Vacations.
By entering the competition you are opting in to receive email from Insight Vacations, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
John Brown excludes (so far as is permitted by law) all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense caused in connection to any competition. Unless otherwise stated, entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over and entrants must not be employees (nor the family of employees) of John Brown, the John Lewis Partnership, or anyone else professionally linked with the competition.
One entry per person. Multiple entries, submitted directly or with the use of any automated systems will not be entered into the draw.
By entering the competition, entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules. While every attempt will be made to contact the prize winner, the prize will be deemed forfeited if it has not been claimed by four weeks after the closing date (unless otherwise stated), and the promoter reserves the right to draw another winner.
