Decent return 'name-able' savings accounts

Hi all

I am hoping you can help. I am looking for some easy access savings accounts that can be named (eg Car savings, holiday savings etc) that will be dipped in to regularly (I currently have an ISA and regular savings accounts).

Can anyone recommend any that have the facility for quick access and that I can name?

Thanks
S x

    TSB accounts allow this.

Also offer the best rates going but you're limited to 2 accounts and £4000
