When to switch for highest £ switching offfers
Hey all, has anyone worked out if the main energy companies (npower / SSE / ScottishPower / EDF etc) tend to get keener on cashback at any particular time of year via the usual sites -quidco etc
I've got one tie-in coming to an end but am aware september seems to be a big month for people moving house (clear of Xmas and matches university leavers/students moving around the country) so wondered if that might spike up the level of whats on offer... or even drive it down!!
Is there a pattern to when they offer the higher rates or is it all much of a muchness these days
(I remember grabbing £140 from Npower a few years back but these days it seems to be £30-£60 tops -my energy useage is fairly low so I'm less sensitive than most to tariff differences)
Is there even a website somewhere that tracks these offers?
