PPI claim and previous surname help

Hi all,
Hsbc have agreed to refund me some ppi which is great. However, my old bank account which i closed some time ago is the one with the ppi claim. It is in my first married name. I went back to my maiden name and then remarried a few years later so now have a different surname.
I have been asked to prove who i am, which is fine. But, i dont know where the deed poll is from when i changed my name from first married back to my maiden name, i think i may be able to find my marriage certificate for my name now, and of course can provide proof of address etc, but what do i do?
I am worried they wont pay out the money if i cant prove who i am!

You can only send the proof you have. Just send it and see what they say..0

If you also have your previous marriage certificate, that would show your maiden name.?
Then just explain the order in which you changed names and the circumstances.0
