HSBC PPI request

So after much reading on here I made my first phone call to HSBC to see if my credit card with them ever had PPI ( had for 12 years)
The advice they gave was to fill in a the questionnaire & send off- so thats it my first step to trying to reclaim one of the many card/loans I stupidly took out in younger days.
Will update if I hear any more, as its been fab to read the stories on here

Filled in my questionnaire and returned it a few weeks ago.
Forgot about it until I had a letter this morning offering me all my protection payments plus 8% interest for a business loan I had a few years ago.
Very happy, and extremely grateful to Martin for his constant postings that reminded me to do it.0
