Part Buy / Part Rent

Just wondered if anyone could tell me a bit more about these or point me in the right direction to do research? Are they available for anyone to purchase or are they only key workers, people with low deposits etc?

I currently own a house with my brother and eventually be selling up. I don't think I will be able to afford to buy outright by myself (even though I probably will have a deposit of approximately £90,000-£100,000).

  • I saw this house recently. It looks like what you are talking about. It gives you a bit of info and you could call the EA to ask questions. I think they cover London and surrounding areas.

    Not sure if the link you posted is what I'm talking about. I will have about £90,000 to put down as a deposit and I wasn't sure if shared ownership was for certain people, like first time buyers, those with low deposits etc, key workers etc.
