Parking notice

Hi

I was wondering if you can be kind enough to advice me. I received parking notice in retail park Colindale London while shopping in Matalan it's run by UKPC.
"Not parked correctly within the markings of the bay or space" basically they disputing I wasn't in bay to be honest bays not marked properly or more like lines are rubbed off. I took pics showing clearly lines were rubbed off in fact I moved my car & took more pictures to prove.
What I wanted to know is when I send them appeal with pics I know they will reject plus then they get my details as well & harassing letters start!! Since I'm the registered driver. So can I just ignore all together??

I'm sorry new to this just very confused been reading newbie sticky but not sure what step to take or where to start wait for notice to keeper

you didnt indicate it was a windscreen ticket

if it was , wait for NTK as detailed in the newbies thread, then use the template appeal as RK

the flow chart tells you this

Going to sub this because i would like how you get on with UKPC, I have the same "Not parked correctly within the markings of the bay or space" from them and waiting in the NTK.

To be honest I'm still waiting for ticket in post. It's so annoying you spend £50 in Matalan on kids uniform come outside & you slapped with £60 notice. I have been suggested to wait for it in the post then take it from there. I was double minded thought just pay & get them of my back.

Don't pay them mate!! if you can't be bothered to appeal and go throug it all then there's a company that will do it for you for just £16! not sure if I can post the url but i was contemplating it but wanted to have a go my self to fight these mo fo's

Have you complained to Matalan? I know this site and I know the manager of Go Outdoors can get these cancelled, hopefully it's the same with Matalan. But whatever you do, DON'T PAY! UKPC are easily seen off.

Yep it's same Matalan did complained to the Manager but wasn't bothered she said we have stopped inference in ticket matters.

It's so bloody annoying I mean as it is you got so many other things in your daily routine then you have these pathetic so called companies (thugs) after for easy cash£££ I just pray they pass some sort of bill in parliament they go bust. Unless MPs got there share lol
