Can you help me get my money back ?

Hi, i don't know if you can help me but i ordered a custom made wig from an online company paid by cheque. They said that the wig would take 14 days to make and be delivered . It has now been a month since i have paid and nothing as been delivered i did received one email saying there was a delay that was two weeks ago. My question is can i get my money back from a cheque ? ,I've wrote emails , contacted them via twitter and phone but no reply can i send a letter to the company stating that i will take them to court or something ? Please Help

It's two weeks late. Nothing to get overly worried about as regards delivery.
Have you googled the company to see reviews?
If it is classed as being specially made for you, refunds can be more difficult.
If you wanted to post the company name we could have a look.0
