The customer is always right.
So much so that Waitrose has let a seven-year-old boy redesign its brown sauce label - because it's 'too boring'.
Harry Deverill wrote to the supermarket complaining about the drab design, and included his own suggestion....they took his suggestion on board and it now fronts their brown sauce packaging!
But it is one of the replies that made me spit my cofffee:-
This drawing has been sent in by Harry aged 6. That's a s.hit drawing Harry. There are children your age in china who can make shoes.
(Edit:- Oh crap, meant to put this on the DT board...oh well)
