WoW   £27.99pp each way, and that's charter, extortionate,
I guess they see it, if you can afford a holiday, you can afford the extra fees, don't mind paying extra, but £27.99
BTW, Flying to Sharm,

So a 4-5 hour flight? About £6 an hour for the extra comfort. Whether that is worth it probably depends how tall you are.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I think its pretty reasonable. Its £25 per seat each way for Thomas cook, I think its £20 (or it was last time I flew) with Thomson.
My OH is 6 feet 7, so he can't actually sit in a normal economy seat; £25 is a small price to pay.0 -
I always pay for the extra legroom if it's available. I agree that the cost is well worth it for the additional comfort. Monarch is in the process of changing the seats to provide extra legroom without changing the seat pitch. It's all down to a complete redesign of the seats.
If I was flying to Sharm I would have no hesitation at all in upgrading.0
