Good grief, if you've even tried, you've fallen for it. It seems likely it was a nasty and you'll be lucky if you've escaped damage. Run a virus scan, Malwarebytes, CCleaner and anything else you've got.
I've had dozens of those and I send them immediately to my junk folder without even opening the email, never mind the attachment.
Edit: And what on earth's this doing on the 'Budgeting and Bank Accounts' forum anyway?
I put it on this forum, because
1. I thought it related to bank accounts
2. I expect some people looking at this forum need reminding not to be as stupid as i was.
3. I wasn't sure where it would most relevant.
